March 6th through March 31st, 2020
Wanderlust is an exhibition featuring work from Diane Lounsberry-Williams and Kevin Tolman. For this show, the artists draw upon the inspiration and creativity gathered throughout their many travels.
“My travels abroad have influenced my work for many years. Every new adventure brings an added depth to the paintings that tell a story of history and cultural expression.”
“These places I visit and works done while traveling end up being like seeds… the ideas that offer up jumping-off points for other, sometimes much larger paintings, that are in the end much less about a specific place, but instead become real places unto themselves. And these paintings are places I can and do, often lose myself in.”
